For weekend or holiday emails, expect a reply on the next working day.
You have 7 days from purchase. Reply with your LemonSqueezy order id and a one-line reason. We refund within 2 business days.
If your run is stuck or you haven't received your dashboard email, tell us your order ID. We can re-trigger the delivery or refund the run immediately.
Tell us what you typed, what you expected, and what happened. A screenshot of the dashboard or terminal helps a lot.
Please do not open a public GitHub issue. Email us with steps to reproduce. We acknowledge inside 72 hours and ship a fix inside two weeks for confirmed issues.
