We believe your concepts, strategies, and research are your most valuable assets. Here is exactly how we handle them.

Who owns my idea?

You retain all ownership rights in the ideas, information, documents, strategies, and other content you submit to IdeaTwister. We receive only the limited permission required to process that content and provide the service you requested.

Will IdeaTwister build or sell my idea?

No. IdeaTwister does not use private customer submissions to launch, operate, sell, license, or support competing businesses.

Will another user see my idea?

No. Your private workspace and submissions are not visible to other users. An idea appears in a public showcase only when you explicitly choose to publish or share it.

Is my idea used to train AI?

IdeaTwister does not use your private submissions or generated analyses to train shared IdeaTwister models or make your information available to other customers. Our systems process your input via enterprise API endpoints with zero data retention policies.

Can IdeaTwister employees access it?

Access to private submissions is restricted. Authorized personnel may access information only when necessary to provide requested support, investigate security or abuse, meet legal obligations, or maintain the service.

Can I delete my idea or analysis?

Yes. Email hello@ideatwister.com from your registered email address and tell us which idea, analysis, or account you want deleted. After verifying the request, we will remove the requested content from our active systems.

Could someone independently receive a similar idea?

Different founders may independently explore similar markets or receive conceptually similar recommendations. However, IdeaTwister does not expose your private submission to them or use your private idea as an input when generating their results.

THE BOTTOM LINE

Your idea is not our product.

We analyse your idea. We do not take it. IdeaTwister uses your private submissions only to serve your analysis, not to build someone else's business.
