Refund Policy

Our Guarantee

7-Day Refund Guarantee

If IdeaTwister genuinely didn't work for you within 7 days of purchase, email us with a brief reason and we'll refund your $39 in full. If the product ran successfully and generated outputs for you, you've received its core value and aren't eligible.

Note on LLM outputs: IdeaTwister is powered by large language models, which are inherently non-deterministic - output quality and depth vary across runs even with identical inputs. Dissatisfaction with the style or quality of generated ideas is not grounds for a refund.

1. Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 7 calendar days of your original purchase date and IdeaTwister genuinely did not work for you - for example, it failed to run despite following the setup guide, produced results significantly different from what was described, or had a critical bug that blocked normal use.

If the product ran successfully and generated idea outputs for you, you've received its core value. Refunds are not available after successful use.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to hello@ideatwister.com with:

  • Your order number (found in your LemonSqueezy receipt email)
  • The email address used at checkout
  • Subject line: "Refund Request - [your order number]"
  • A brief reason - what you expected vs. what actually happened

Optionally, attach a support bundle by running ideatwister support-bundle in your terminal. This packages your run logs and config (no personal data) and helps us diagnose the issue - it also speeds up your refund.

We will process your refund within 2 business days of receiving your request.

3. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed via LemonSqueezy to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your card issuer - typically 3–10 business days to appear on your statement.

We refund the full $39 purchase price. Any Claude API charges you incurred while running the product are billed directly by Anthropic and are outside our control - we cannot refund those.

4. After a Refund

Upon processing your refund, your license to use IdeaTwister is revoked. Please delete the downloaded files from your machine. We trust our customers to do the right thing here - we don't have technical enforcement.

5. Requests Outside the 7-Day Window

Refund requests submitted after 7 days of purchase are not eligible under this policy. However, if you have an exceptional circumstance (e.g. a billing error, duplicate charge, or a severe bug that makes the product completely non-functional), email us and we will review it on a case-by-case basis.
